One price list
Rates
We keep one public list. There is no joining fee and no auto-renewing year contract. Memberships are month to month and billed on the 1st. Packs last six months. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable. If a number on this page and a number on a printed card ever disagree, tell us and we honour the lower one for that purchase.
Pay by e-transfer or card in the studio. We do not take cheques at the desk. If you are buying a gift certificate, we can email it the same day.

How payment and cancellation work
Pay by e-transfer or card in the studio. Memberships are billed on the 1st. You can cancel a membership any time with 14 days’ written notice; the current month is not refunded and simply runs out. Booked sessions can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. A late cancel uses the session. The first late cancel in each quarter is forgiven. If a physician or physiotherapist asks you to stop, we can pause a membership for up to 8 weeks.

Billing questions
Do you take a deposit to hold an intake?
We take the CAD 95 assessment fee when you book. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the visit, we refund it in full. If you buy a pack within 30 days, that CAD 95 comes off the pack price.
Can I freeze a membership for a trip off-Island?
Ordinary travel is not a freeze. Use the 14-day cancel if you will be away for a month or more, then start again when you return. A medical pause of up to 8 weeks is different and needs a note from a practitioner.
What if you cancel a class?
If we cancel, the session goes back on your account or we refund it in full, whichever you prefer. We text the people on that slot as soon as we know.
