Cookies
This site uses very little storage in your browser. There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. The banner at the bottom of each page asks you to accept or decline the one optional record we keep of that choice.
What we set
ffel_cookie. After you press Accept or Decline, your browser stores that word in localStorage under the key ffel_cookie. We treat it as a consent choice. It lasts until you clear site data or until about 12 months have passed and you see the banner again on a new device. It does not identify you by name and it is not sent to an advertising company.
PHP session cookie. If the server needs a short session to keep a page request tidy, it may set a standard PHP session cookie. We do not use that session to store the enquiry form or to follow you between visits. Many visits create no session cookie at all. send.php does not write a session and does not keep your message.
What we do not set
We do not set Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, advertising, or “preferred content” cookies. We do not embed third-party share buttons. The map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed; Google may set its own cookies when that iframe loads. Those cookies belong to Google. If you decline our banner, we still cannot control what Google does inside its map. You can skip the map and use the address instead.
How to change the choice
Press Accept or Decline on the banner. To change it later, clear site data for fitnessforeverylife.site in your browser settings, or clear localStorage for this origin, then reload any page. The banner will show again because it is visible by default until a choice is stored.
How to clear cookies
In most browsers, open site settings for fitnessforeverylife.site and remove cookies and local storage. That deletes ffel_cookie and any PHP session cookie. It does not delete email you already sent us. To delete a note, write to [email protected].
